For consultancy sessions with Jacky Francis Walker (Jacky Walker Ltd trading as The Harley Consultancy)
Payments: Our preferred method is through the welldoing website, as it streamlines the paying process, once set up.
Clients paying for sessions through the Welldoing site benefit from discounted fees to reflect the simplified admin involved in handling the money side of things.
At the session: All self funded sessions must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance.
Before the session: You can pay using your debit card, credit card, bank transfer, Pingit, PAYM or Paypal account, in advance of the session – see below. Payments are conducted over a secure connection and are handled by my payment partners, such as Smarttrade, Stripe, PayPal or Pingit. Please follow the links below, or ask for details.
In line with the Payment Services Directive 2018, no extra charges are levied for payments using a debit or credit card.
welldoing – our preferred payment method
Just register yourself on the welldoing site (click on ’email’ and you’ll be prompted to put your details into a registration/contact form that will link us on the system).
When we agree a session date, I put that into the welldoing diary system and the system takes care of the rest! It will prompt you to set up your payment details. You’ll get a notification of each appointment, and payment is made 5 days in advance of each session. It will even be at a discounted rate. Simple!

Cash or cheques are equally welcome.

Credit or Debit Card
You can pay over the phone using your credit or debit card through our credit card facility.
Paying by mobile phone – Pingit
You can make payments via Pingit from your mobile phone. Just register in advance for this service (you might also need to visit a Barclays branch to confirm your ID before you can make payments).
